Our products are located in quadrant 1, where the question mark is located, because we have a low market share and our growth is somewhat uncertain. Also based on our realistic balance sheet we see that revenues are low and the need for cash is high therefore they are positioned in this quadrant.

Taking into account the position of our products in the market we obtained to implement new intensive strategies such as product development, to make it more exclusive, to provide the best quality, design and price to our customers; to get to have better products than our competition and position our products in the second quadrant, which corresponds to the star.
