Diversification Strategies
Related Diversification: Our diversification strategy is to increase our catalog of bags. We believe that it is necessary to expand our range of products, women need a variety of bags for multiple occasions and our catalog is limited for those that are looking for a variety of styles and colors. Our strategy would be to implement other type of bags, add synthetic leather wallets to our catalog considering that it is a product related to the brand and of daily importance for all people, additionally, to add the sale of straps with different designs for the bags and in this way to be a stronger competitor in the market and increase our sales
Means for achieving strategies: Develop a marketing plan to publicize the new expanded product catalog, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the new products to attract customers.
